A fully rendered illustration with high attention to detail, thoughtful lighting, and expressive storytelling. This tier delivers polished, professional artwork suitable for commercial and personal use, including book covers, game assets, official concept art, and wall art.

In addition to standard illustration tiers, I offer special‑order design services for projects that require unique formats or specialized artwork. These commissions are tailored to your needs and priced based on complexity, scope, and intended use.

The Process

1. Consultation

This is our chance to talk through your project and make sure my art style is the right fit for what you need. We’ll discuss the subject matter, commission type, file formats, intended use, deadlines, update preferences, and any special requests. All of this helps me create a clear scope for your project.

2. Artist Agreement & Down Payment

Once we’ve finalized the scope, I’ll send an Artist Agreement outlining the project details, pricing, and your usage rights. This protects both of us and ensures you have documented proof of your rights to the artwork.

If you plan to use the illustration commercially (such as in a game, merchandise, or anything that generates profit), a one‑time Commercial License Fee will apply. Commercial licensing is not required for free promotional use (giveaways, freebies, etc.).

After the agreement is signed, a nonrefundable 50% down payment is required. Work begins once this payment is received.

3. Updates & Progress Shots

You’ll receive updates at key stages of the process — typically: Sketch → Color & Lighting → Final Phase.

Each stage includes one free round of revisions.

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at $25/hour. Update frequency is flexible and can be adjusted to your comfort level.

4. Final Delivery & Completion Payment

Once the artwork is approved, the remaining 50% balance is due. Your final files will be prepared according to our agreement and delivered via Google Drive link unless you request another method.

5. Optional: Client Listing & Social Media Sharing

If you’d like, I can add you to my Clients & Affiliates list, which includes links to your social media, website, or project. I love supporting the people I work with, and this is one way I help others discover your work.

Getting Started

  • A helpful project description gives me the information I need to bring your idea to life. You don’t have to write a novel — just include whatever you can from the list below. Visual references are always welcome if that’s easier than writing things out.

    Character Details

    Anything you know about your character(s), such as:

    • appearance (eye color, hair color/length/style, clothing, accessories)

    • pose or action

    • color palette

    • mood or atmosphere Visual references are perfectly fine in place of written descriptions.

    File Types Needed

    Let me know which file formats you’d like delivered. I can provide multiple types, but I need this information upfront so it can be included in the Artist Agreement.

    Deadlines

    Share the date you need the artwork by. I recommend giving yourself a 1–2 week buffer for revisions. (You can reference the commission tiers for typical turnaround times.)

    Story or Personality Notes

    If your characters come from a book, comic, or game, feel free to include a short excerpt or description. Some clients send a chapter or script page — this helps me understand the character’s personality and results in a more expressive illustration.

    Environment or Background Requests

    If you have a specific setting in mind, let me know! Even a simple description or reference image helps guide the composition.

  • Yes — you can upgrade your commission to a higher tier at any point during the project. The cost is simply the difference between your current tier and the tier you’d like to move to.

    You can also request an upgrade for artwork I’ve created for you in the past, as long as the original piece was drawn by me.

  • Turnaround times vary depending on the commission tier, complexity, and my current workload. I’ll give you an estimated delivery window during our consultation. If you have a specific deadline, please let me know upfront so I can confirm whether it’s possible.

  • Rush orders may be available depending on my schedule. A rush fee will apply. Please mention your deadline in your initial email so I can let you know if a rush option is possible.

  • I focus on cinematic, character‑driven illustrations with emotional or atmospheric storytelling. Romance is welcome when it aligns with the tone and direction of my portfolio.

    To keep my work consistent, I don’t take on:

    • explicit or fetish content

    • graphic violence or gore

    • certain romantic pairings or dynamics

    Because some boundaries depend on the tone and overall direction of a piece, I review concepts case‑by‑case. If an idea isn’t a fit, I’ll let you know early in the process. If you’re unsure, feel free to send a brief description of your concept.

Process & Revisions

  • Yes — the Artist Agreement must be signed before I can begin work on your commission. It outlines the project details, usage rights, deadlines, and deliverables so we both have a clear understanding of the scope.

    The agreement itself is not negotiable, with the exception of two areas that may vary by project:

    • Deliverables (file types such as JPG, PNG, PDF, PSD, etc.)

    • Project deadline

    If something needs to change after the agreement is signed, you can request an amendment. Any amendments must be approved and signed by both of us before they go into effect.

  • I do not accept returns on completed commissions.

    You may cancel your commission any time before the end of the sketch stage. The 50% down payment is non‑refundable, but you will not be charged the remaining balance.

    If a commission is canceled, any in‑progress artwork (including sketches) will not be delivered.

  • Each commission tier includes one character unless otherwise stated. Additional characters can be added for an extra fee, depending on complexity.

  • Yes! You’re welcome to request specific poses, outfits, props, or themes. The more clarity you provide, the better I can match your vision.

  • Because of the time and labor involved, I do not offer refunds on completed commissions. The revision stages are designed to ensure you’re happy with the direction before the final rendering.

Licensing, Usage & Rights

  • You may use your commission commercially if you purchase a commercial license. This one‑time fee covers uses such as printing the artwork on merchandise or including it in a product that will be sold (for example: games, book covers, or promotional materials for a paid project).

    Without a commercial license, your artwork is for personal use only.

    Regarding NFTs: I do not create or authorize my artwork for use as NFTs. Even with a commercial license, NFT minting is not permitted.

  • Layered working files (such as PSD or Procreate files) are not included unless specifically agreed upon in the Artist Agreement. If you need a layered file for a particular reason, please mention it during the consultation.

  • Yes! You’re welcome to share your commission online. Please credit me as the artist when posting.

  • You’re welcome to share the final artwork anywhere you like (with credit). Recording or streaming the creation process is not available at this time, but please mention it during the initial consultation and accommodations may be possible.

  • Yes — there are a few subjects I don’t take on. These boundaries help me keep my work aligned with my artistic focus and personal comfort.

    I do not draw:

    • NSFW content

    • Content I’m not comfortable illustrating (this is evaluated case‑by‑case)

    • Furry characters (Humanoid characters with light animal traits — such as ears, tails, or horns — are perfectly fine.)

    I also reserve the right to decline any commission that falls outside my artistic scope or comfort level.

Delivery, Printing & File Handling

  • Yes — I can have your commission printed and shipped to you. However, I usually recommend printing it at a local print shop. It’s often more affordable and faster than having me handle the printing and shipping.

    If you’d prefer that I take care of it, I can absolutely do that. A fee will be added to cover printing, materials, and shipping. All prints are fulfilled through my professional print partners to ensure high quality.

  • The default files I deliver are JPG and PNG, which work well for most uses. If you need additional file types (such as PDF, TIFF, or PSD), just let me know during the initial consultation so I can include them in the Artist Agreement.

  • Because final files can be quite large, I typically don’t send them through email. Instead, your completed artwork will be delivered through a private Google Drive link, unless you request a different method.

    I can also deliver files via OneDrive or Dropbox if you prefer. Discord file sharing may work for smaller files, but it isn’t always reliable for larger projects.
